I was appalled and almost shrank back from my computer upon opening my DAILY email from VS.
"NEW! The Relaxed Boyfriend Jean in deconstructed sandblast"
This outfit completely obliterates the figure of an otherwise beautiful model and nominates her for the next candidate of TLC's "What Not to Wear." What is even more atrocious is that these jeans retail at $69.50. Not to mention the $48 tag for the sloppy unflattering tee!!
If this is the way that fashion is headed, I think I can safely go back to Thrift Store shopping to stay in vogue.

It's like they took it from real homeless people to sell to people who only have brand name sense and obviously too much money.

Someone needs to tell VS that fads from the '80s (i.e. really faded jeans with rolled-up cuffs) just don't work...not even on supermodels. :/

But why were we so gullible the first time around? Fool me once....

The ripped jeans I had when I was younger didn't come that way, they were just worn out. And they weren't shapeless either. Why a woman would pay $70 to look like a sloppy man is beyond me.

You guys are missing the whole point. It's what's on the inside that counts.

I wasn't really thinking with my heart exactly.
