The Usual Route

8.3 miles around Sail Bay to the end of the Mission Beach boardwalk up to the end of the Pacific Beach boardwalk.

I love where I live. I don't necessarily love my tiny studio in my noisy apartment. But I do love being so close to the bay and to the ocean. I have decided that I will start posting my running routes. There are actually many variations on this route...more to come.

Yes! Even though it was preparing to rain last night, it was still beautiful. I enjoy hearing the water lap at the bay shore and the waves crash on the beach.

*sigh* I wish we had a trail that ran by the beach. As it is, I'm just glad to have found an asphalt trail, albeit a 1.1 mile trail, at a large park near the house. :/
